Swimsuit Info

You will need a royal blue suit.  We recommend "jammers" for the boys and a one piece for the girls.  Here's a link to a sample suit/color. Swim outlet has many options and prices.

If you need help figuring out a size, please reach out to a board member.

Volunteer Info

Here are some helpful reminders about specific meet responsibilities for parents, volunteers and swimmers. Please read them all as you may need to know something for the next meet.

A MEET CANNOT GO ON WITHOUT YOU!
As we have said before, parent volunteers run meets each week. Parent volunteers need to check in with a board member and then report to assigned locations.

Each shift you do not work, you will be charged one fifth ($50.00) of your $250 volunteer deposit.

We need your undivided attention while you are working. Swimmers must stay in the bullpen area. Siblings of swimmers cannot work with you, and need to be supervised by an adult when you work and during the meet. Please plan accordingly.

Volunteers are expected to work their complete shift. If you must leave early for an urgent problem, let the people you are working with and a member of the board know so they can ask a back-up volunteer to replace you. We do not expect parents to miss their child’s event because of work. However, do tell your co-workers you are going to watch your child swim.

PARENTS

  1. Kids stay in the bullpen until they swim all their events. If they come to visit, send them on their merry way back to the Bullpen.
  2. Only team members who are scheduled to swim in the meet may enter the pool, and only at designated times. No other children are allowed to enter the pool in any way during meets. Again, a GCSL rule.
